Honest, friendly, and do only the work you ask them to do. I went in for a 4 wheel alignment and was told that the back wheels were right in specs and only had to align the front, so only had to pay for a 2 wheel alignment instead of 4, which they could easily have done and I wouldn't know the difference. That kind of honesty and credibility will keep me going back as a customer, and I highly recommend that others do the same.
