Trussel's gave us excellent service and what seems to be high quality repairs with a good warranty. They promptly diagnosed our 2007 suburban and replaced several parts the same day and even waited a few minutes extra after close for us to pickup when it was done. Everyone we spoke to was very nice and helpful. Larry was very nice to talk to and meet in person when we picked up the truck, and I get the overall sense this business has integrity and honesty based on this singular experience with them. We will be back. They have a 2yr/24k mi warranty on all parts and labor (soon to be 3yr/36k I'm told). Another mechanic told us we needed new front struts and upper ball joints but Trussel's inspected and found we needed neither. They showed us exactly why they could tell the front struts weren't needed (they were covered in undercoating, not blown and spewing out grease like the other guys would have us believe). We got the work done that we needed and not the struts and upper ball joints etc from the other place which we didn't need. Spent $2500 less than what we would've paid the other mechanic if we had done all recommended service at the other place. With several new front-end parts and a new drive axel, the truck is driving great now. The front end is not clunky anymore, the steering is precise and much better than before, it's smooth over the bumps and handles much better overall now. So glad we found this place.

Very friendly service. They have an after hours drop off box which makes getting your car fixed convenient. I have only had positive experiences with them. I never felt like they were trying to sell me services or repairs I didn't actually need. The prices are very competitive. They even stayed open a little bit late so I could pick up and pay for my car after I got out of work. Will continue to use them and recommend them! In talking to the owner they offer a long warranty on their work and are continuing to improve their shop and their services. Perfect example of a respectable locally owned small business.

Everyone I came in contact with was extremely helpful and courteous. They did their best to accommodate me quickly after I had an unexpected breakdown and had my vehicle towed there. I arrived after business hours and was still greeted in the parking lot and allowed to come inside to fill out my paperwork. I felt the labor charges were very reasonable. They even went above and beyond to replace a defective part that was still under warranty from the store I purchased it from originally, at no additional cost. I was treated very well and made to feel as though I had been coming there for years for my automotive needs. Thanks to the wonderful service I received, I will absolutely return to Trussels for my future automotive needs!
